Can I view
the kennels? Yes,
it is welcomed but by appointment. Normally between 10am and
2pm.
Do
I need reservations? During all holiday’s and summer, you will absolutely need a
reservation. A deposit may be asked for to secure such a reservation. A
surcharge/booking fee may be asked for at high season times eg. school holidays,
Christmas and public holidays. Payable at time of booking. The days that
are booked are charged for especially in peak holiday periods.
Does
my pet need to have certain vaccinations prior to boarding? In
order to protect all of our guests, no pets are admitted without proof of
current vaccinations. You most likely have a current vaccination card or booklet
otherwise your
veterinarian can either give you copies of your pets records or they can fax
them to us.
What if my
pet is on medication and needs regular doses of medicine? Bring the medication with you when you check in, it will be
administered to them as prescribed by your veterinarian. No extra charge for
this.
What if my
pet becomes ill or requires medical attention during their stay? Your veterinarian will be contacted. Naturally, we will contact both
the owner and the emergency contact provided by the owner as well. In the
event that the pet’s regular vet is not available, they will be taken to
the emergency clinic.
Can I
bring my pets favorite toys, treats or bedding? Yes! All of these things will make your pet feel more at home
during their stay. Except beanbags.
Do I
need to bring my pets food? If
your pet is on a special diet, we will be happy to feed them your food. There
is not a reduction in boarding fees as it actually causes more work.
